• Interest form: name, email, company, country, phone (optional), property count, interests, optional message.
• Usage analytics: anonymised page views and interactions via a privacy-friendly analytics provider.
• Server logs: IP and user-agent, kept up to 30 days for abuse prevention.

Why we collect it

• To respond to your request for access or a demo (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To improve our product and website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest).
• With your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — you tick the box on the signup form.

Where your data lives

Data is stored on EU-based infrastructure. We use processors such as Resend (transactional email) and a CRM of our choosing — all bound by GDPR-compliant data processing agreements.

You can request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data at any time by emailing [email protected].

We use a minimal set of first-party cookies for language preference and analytics. No ad-tech cookies, no cross-site tracking.
